The acquisition was financed through a Mudarabah agreement, a form of Islamic partnership where profits and risks are shared in a fair and equitable manner. In this arrangement, JI Mudarabah Inc. manages the newly acquired truck, while the capital for the purchase was provided by our trusted investor in line with Islamic law, which prohibits interest (Riba).

Through Mudarabah, both JI Mudarabah Inc. and our investor share in the profits derived from the use of the truck, based on an agreed-upon ratio. In the spirit of Islamic finance, any losses are also shared, ensuring that the partnership is founded on fairness, transparency, and mutual benefit.
